If you are unsatisfied with your order or have received faulty merchandise please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject and the reason for your return or exchange.
***At the moment we can only offer store credit within 10 days of receiving your purchase and can only return or exchange faulty or incorrect items. No exceptions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- International return shipping costs are not covered by Sarra Zee. All products should be sent to our LA location.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
- All intimates except bralettes
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping is not paid by Sarra Zee.
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund. After 24 hours, only store credit will be offered.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at email@example.com.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS/DHL/Other shipping services will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
